Travers Johnson is the Creator of LGBTQ+ Business Week and the Founder & CEO of Queerency, the leading source for LGBTQ+ business news. He is an award-winning content strategist and editor with 15 years of experience in digital media, digital marketing, and book publishing. A Forbes contributor who covers topics at the intersection of the queer economy and the creator economy, Travers has worked for and with industry-leading companies including Mailchimp, Penguin Random House, Edelman, and Scholastic. He was trained at Morehouse College and Georgetown University and is a winner of the Google News Initiative Pitchfest and the Maynard Institute Media Entrepreneurship Award.

Ricardo Sebastián is a first-generation Mexican American, non-binary, and pansexual business leader. They started their first company at twenty years old while serving as Student President of Robert Morris University’s international business club, ENACTUS. Over the last 17 years, Ricardo has dedicated their entrepreneurial career to supporting LGBTQ+ businesses, artists, programs, and initiatives across America. Currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of arraygency, Executive Director of OUTLOUD music festival, and Producer of LGBTQ+ Business Week Virtual Summit, Ricardo continues their mission of empowering the queer economy.
